About Our Team:Citi Technology Infrastructure (CTI) provides the critical technical foundation for Citis operations and is responsible for delivering reliable IT solutions, scalable infrastructure services, and secure capabilities while creating a trusted customer experienceand enabling Citis workforce to be the best for our clients. Making the bank simpler, greener, and better connected while powering it with trusted, well-secured data, and automating policy enforcement through code are all at the heart of our refreshed globalstrategy. Data Quality, Simplification, Environmental Stability, Automation, and Service Excellence are the key pillars and priorities on our strategic journey. CTI Business Operations enables technology managers across the organization to effectively manage their resources and deliver their commitments in support of CTIs strategy, goals, and performance metrics. This is achieved through the provision of commercialaspects of CTI, analytics and reporting (including expense and productivity), workforce, real estate, supplier management, leadership and talent development, including entry level and pipeline programs, and employee engagement and communications. The Employee Engagement, Product Marketing, and Change Adoption Team manages and strengthens CTIs internal employee engagement, culture, onboarding, as well as talent and development initiatives. The team elevates knowledge and understanding of organizationalchanges and structures within CTI, ensures awareness of technology strategies across CTI and Citi, and drives user adoption through change management and impactful technology marketing. In CTI, we are focused on delivering the best for our clients, and we know that to do this we need a talented team with diverse experiences, backgrounds and skills.Infrastructure Archive Operations Analyst role is responsible to execute support activities related to Compliance and Discovery platforms for Electronic Communications and managed services provided by 3rd parties. Citi has regulatory responsibility for archival,hold and retrieval of electronic communication content to support compliance, legal and other investigative requirements. The role is responsible to monitor in a daily basis the operation of the infrastructure, KRIs, reconciliation process, manage the hardwareinventory and coordinate and request as needed network maintenances, give technical guidance to business users, and ensuring security in coordination with the engineering archive team and managed service vendors. This role is within the operations team within Citi Technology Infrastructure (CTI) that is responsible for: 1. Execute as BAU the activities required to maintain the safety and soundness of the global platform solutions and supporting Engineering in undertaking transformation changes. 2. Strong capability and networking to work with key stakeholders, able to join and handle one on one, and massive conversations with senior level staff personally and video conference. 4. Preferable to have knowledge in Agile and Scrum methodology. 5. Desirable have knowledge or expertise to manage budgeting. Key transformational initiatives include migrate archive and discovery platforms to SaaS, implementing retention and hold automation in order to defensibly dispose of aged data. Note: Candidates can be interviewed and considered to apply for this position based in previous experience. Responsibilities:

  • Create complex project plans, perform impact analyses solve/work high impact problems/projects, and provide resolutions to restore services
  • Drive Root Cause Analysis (RCA) post restoration of service
  • Design testing approaches, complex processes, reporting streams, and create automation of repetitive tasks
  • Review requirement documents, define hardware requirements and examine and update processes and procedures as necessary
  • Provide technical/strategic direction and act as advisor/coach to lower level analysts
  • Develop projects required for design of metrics, analytical tools, benchmarking activities and best practices
  • Responsible for overall operating system applications
  • Contribute to technical direction and strategic decisions
  • Has the ability to operate with a limited level of direct supervision.
  • Can exercise independence of judgement and autonomy.
  • Acts as SME to senior stakeholders and /or other team members.
  • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firms reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adheringto Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
Qualifications:
  • Significant experience in Infrastructure Technologies delivery with a proven track record of operational process change and improvement
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audience
  • Ability to work with virtual and in-person teams, and work under pressure or to a deadline
  • Experience in a Financial Services or large complex and/or global environment preferred
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
