Inbound Customer Service AdvisorSalary: £18,000 - £24,000 (bonus scheme)Location : Belfast City CentreHours : 40 hours, 5 days a week between Monday and SaturdayHere at Red Dot, we are currently recruiting for Inbound Customer Service Advisors to work with one of the UKs largest telecoms companies, starting on Monday 25th October. Based in their call centre, youll handle queries from customersand assist them in their day-to-day enquiries. You will bring with you your excellent experience in customer service and administration.As an Inbound Customer Service Advisor, you will work as part of a dynamic team to provide an excellent customer experience. You will take calls from customers with a view to identify and resolve their enquiries whilst actively listening to theirneeds using multiple systems. If you have never worked in a contact centre before, or within telecoms and broadband, do not worry!
