Job Description

Do you have 2 years+ in a HR generalist position covering the full employee life cycleIf so this could be a excellent opportunity to further develop your career.Reed HR are pleased to be working with a Technologyfocused company based in Belfast. due to the growth of the business they are now looking to add a HR Officer to their current HR team. The role is 35 hours per week and offers hybrid flexibility (2 daysa week in the office).About the Role

  • Review recruitment process including managing the recruitment cycle, implementing any necessary changesin line with ‘Best Practice’ and legislation.
  • Report all recruitment and selection activity monthly to the Line Manager, utilising HR analysis and trackers.
  • Analyse, implement and support the employee lifecycle from induction to leaver to ensure all relevantpaperwork and processes are up to ‘Best Practice’ and legislation.
  • Actively support the Line Managers in the management of employee relations, to promote a high level ofemployee morale and motivation, demonstrating employees are managed consistently and fairly throughoutissues such as grievances, investigations, and disciplinary hearings.
  • Research and ensure best practice and legislation is adhered to.
  • Manage the HRIS and other applicable tracking systems are updated in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Analyse weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc reports, compiling statistical information as required, supportingoperational line managers with continuous improvement and review of performance e.g. absence, turnover,and staff surveys.
  • Manage information and prepare statutory reports in a timely and accurate manner including Article 55reviews and annual monitoring returns to ensure adherence with the Equality Commission requirements.
  • Maintain employee records in compliance with GDPR regulations.
About You
  • Degree educated in a relevant HR field or holds a CIPD qualification
  • 2+ year’s experience in an HR generalist position across full HR lifecycle
  • Dealing with clients or customers
  • Experience of working to deadlines
  • Building and maintaining effective relationships
  • Proven track record of managing a varied workload
  • Experience of working in a confidential environment
  • Experience of any routine HR practices – Recruitment/Selection/Onboarding, Absence Management, Appraisals and Disciplinary Actions
  • Experience in data analysis, manipulation and presentation
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work with processes and procedures
  • Effective time management skills
  • Working knowledge of employment
