Location: This is a field-based role so would ideally suit someone within the vicinity of the Belfast - Dublin corridor.4c Executive is representing an ambitious and growing independent retail furniture business with a number of stores in NI and ROI and plans for further store openings in the coming years. As the business seeks to execute its growth strategy it plans to appointa Head of Stores into this prominent role in the business.Reporting to the Commercial Director, the Head of Stores will focus on leading the retail teams across the geography, driving instore standards, enhancing the overall customer experience and understanding the customers’ requirements in order to influencethe strategic direction of the business, as well as drive sales revenue and commercial performance of the business. The individual will also be responsible for overseeing the successful opening of new stores, including ensuring the instore teams are recruitedand appropriately trained.The Head of Stores will be a driven and engaging leader, with a strong background within a multi-site retail operation, someone who will challenge the status quo in order to deliver commercial success and drive improvements in customer experience.Additionally, the Head of Stores will be required to have the following skills and experience:
