Graduate Recruitment Consultant - Berlin€22-€26k basic salary

    • Why is this a unique opportunityOur client is an independent boutique business who have established an excellent reputation in the IT sector in the Netherlands and Germany. Due to this success and growing demand, our client has ambitious growth plans for 2021 which includes growing their Berlin office. This office has 7 consultants already, and they hope to increase this to 12-15 by the end of the year, so it’s an exciting time to join their journey. This is a mature, collaborative environment where consultants are all ex-pats from the UK.What the role involvesAt the moment, there’s some retained business and active client relationships which can be leveraged from day 1 however, this is a start-up office so you would need a confident and positive attitude towards business development to grow your desk. You would work on mostly permanent appointments across Tech, DevOps and Front-End roles.With excellent training you will be taught through a mixture of classroom, online and 1-2-1 training. You’ll sit alongside an experienced team who are there to full support your growth into a successful 360 Consultant.What experience are we looking for
  • A recent graduate, ideally with a background in sales
  • Fluent English is essential, ideally you want to relocate to Berlin from the UK
  • Positive attitude to business development and the ability to establish rapport with new clients
  • A self-motivated and ambitious individual who doesn’t need micromanaging and can work autonomously
