Job Description

Digital Operations Support EngineerWe are recruiting Digital Operations Support Engineer for a market leading Digital Consultancy firm, they thrive and push for innovation and transformation to build a positive future in an ever evolving industry.Working within the Digital Team you will ensure the appropiate processes and practices are put in place to enhance the applications and systems for our clients. Ensuring they can complete their daily tasks on a optimised system while simultaneously improvingthe service, ranging from a minor feature, to the prevention of specific issues, automating systems and improving the stability of the system.As a Support Engineer you will be expected to:

  • Carry out analysis on bugs and ensure they are fixed
  • Implement features that will ensure continuous improvement of client applications
  • Work amongst collegues on multiple different teams within a multi-supplier setting.
As a Support Engineer you will have experience with the following:
  • Resolving root cause analysis and troubleshoot solutions
  • Carrying out efficiency improvements ranging from manual actions to automated processes.
  • Monitoring experience, specifically Grafana & Kibana
  • Extensive technical skills across the following technology stack:
  • Java 8+
  • MVC
  • HTML and CSS
  • SQL
