Job description- Call Centre AdvisorCall Centre Advisor - Permanent on-site in Belfast City Centre Operational Hours between: 8am - 8pm Monday to SundayWhat you will get as a Call Centre Advisor:* An annual salary of £19,773( £10.14 per hour) + incentives + free tv package* Training in Call Centre role. * Free TV package including BT Sports- in UHD* 29 days` holiday (inclusive of Bank Holidays), increasing 1 day per year of service * Discounts for high street shops, restaurants, and days out.* Plus much more.The Call Centre Advisor Role:You will be part of a lively energetic outbound call centre team. This team has several call streams ranging from premium upgrades and broadband upgrades to speaking with customers who are in the process of leaving for another provider due to service issuesor cost.You will be responsible for retaining these customers and increasing revenue through great conversations, excellent customer service and by reviewing their packages to suit their financial circumstancesThe requirements for the Call Centre Advisor role:*A great listener*A natural flair for talking to people and understanding their needs*Youll be someone who is motivated and target driven as this is a sales & retentions role*Computer literate*Youll be someone who can problem solve and use your initiative*Youll need to be able to think on your feet and keep yourself motivated throughout the day
