The Change & Communication Consultant role sits within the Transformation Services team within our Human Capital Organisation Transformation team. Our Transformation Services is a fast growing, multi-disciplinary team employing consulting professionals with experience across a number of areas such as business transformation, programme management and training development. The Organisation Transformation (OT) practice brings together specialist expertise in project and programme leadership, change management and cultural change, organisational design, digital enablement & capital programme delivery. We deploy these capabilities individually or, more commonly, in a blend as part of supporting major transformation programmes. Your roleAs a Consultant in our Change team, you will support the planning, scoping and delivery of people focused transformation projects working in multi-disciplinary teams. This includes: developing change strategies, stakeholder engagement and management, communications, change impact analysis, business readiness and deployment planning, and training needs assessment, development and delivery. As a Consultant you will have responsibility for: •Carrying out research, data collection and analysis to help determine client needs and provide recommendations to solve client issues; •Contributing to development of work plans and being an integral team member for specific components of engagements; •Applying rigorous logic and data analysis to ensure all deliverables are of high quality; •Supporting business development by contributing to new business proposals and presentations and taking role in industry and accounts; and •Contributing to internal practice development by participating in proposition, methodology and point of view development activities and supporting knowledge capture and sharing. •Work effectively in diverse teams within an inclusive team culture where people are recognised for their contribution We exist to solve complex problems •Our consultants are renowned for their straightforward approach to solving some of the worlds largest and most complex business challenges. Location Your home office will be London, but this client-facing role provides lots of opportunity for travel in the UK and overseas. Work Pattern This is a permanent contract opportunity. Your professional experienceTo qualify for the role you must have: •Relevant experience in an industry or consulting team-oriented environment; •Excellent facilitation and communication skills; •Ability to work independently and manage multiple, conflicting deadlines; •Fluency in PowerPoint and Excel; •Ability to develop close working relationships both internally and externally; •Experience of managing stakeholders; and •An understanding of organisational change management methodologies and activities, such as stakeholder identification and analysis, change impact assessment, end-user training, and developing and executing organisational change management plans. Additional desirable experience includes: •Experience of producing creative content using digital tools; •Knowledge of typical Finance, Operational and/or HR functions and processes; •Experience of change management on transformation programmes; •Experience with data analytics; and •Experience of contributing to business development, including supporting bids for new clients.
