So, youll broaden your skill set and develop quickly, gaining access to the highest levelsof client liaison and working on complex, high-profile projects.The continued success of our PMO Centre of Excellence team means that we are looking to grow further by recruiting Agile / Digital PMO specialists with experience in delivering digital transformation across all industries with the right skill set and attitudeto performance, growth and development.You will have responsibility for:
  • Supporting with the design, implementation and development of project, programme or portfolio management offices for the adoption of digital and agile concepts and practices
  • Understanding and supporting the development of agile planning to create forecasts and roadmaps
  • Analysing board-level management information to develop digital & agile reporting
  • Using agile methodologies draft / review project progress reports and day-to-day running of backlog management / risk / issue / action / dependency management processes in relation to the programme, project or initiative;
  • Preparing / reviewing project / programme financial reports and supporting agile financial modelling to prepare budgets and business cases;
  • Maintaining project assets ensuring documentation is kept up to date and facilitating effective sharing / communication;
  • Designing and implementing agile controls;
  • Working with the product owner and Scrum Masters to support;
  • Sprint and release planning and the use of sprint and release burndown charts to measure progress;
  • Tracking of epics, features and stories as part of managing the backlog etc.
  • Facilitating and managing meetings such as daily scrum meetings;
  • Mentoring and managing less experienced members of the team.
