If you enjoy a role with variety, supporting your colleagues andcustomers and where no two days are the same, this is an ideal opportunity for you.We are proud to offer you fantastic career development, promotional opportunities and a fully inclusive culture.What You Will Be Doing Claims Administrator: As a Claims Administrator, you will be responsible for supporting the claims process by carrying out administrative duties to support the team, capturing key information where required and managing the diaries of our Adjusters.Clear communication and a logical pragmatic approach will be key, as will a calm methodical approach in getting things back on track and ensuring first class customer satisfaction with our services.About You:Were looking for candidates that are keen to progress within a global organisation. Youll ideally have/be:

  • Previous experience in an admin role is ideal
  • A problem solver who relishes challenges and enjoys providing solutions
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, to convey technical information in a clear and concise way
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport and manage customer expectations
  • Good organisational and time management skills; to co-ordinate and deliver on a variety of actions concurrently
  • Strong computer literacy skills to make effective use of a variety of ICT platforms and applications
