This is a Monday to Friday role with no evenings required as this is based in a staff restaurant. Core hours 7.30am to 4.00pm.This Chef Manager will cater for a breakfast service, and lunch service. You will lead a team of a 3 report into an Operations Manager. You will feed around 40 customers for breakfast and lunch on a daily basis. The usual offer will consist of a couple of hotmains and sides, jacket potatoes small grab and go and saladsYou will need experience as a Chef Manager for this role and be fully confident on all the paper work sides of the job as well as the kitchen operation.
