My client based in East Belfast has a vacancy for a Call Controller to join their team. This is not a call centre environmentMy client has advised us the role is full time Monday to Friday and temporary for at least 3 monthsThe successful applicant will be responsible for:Receiving customer requests by Telephone and Email.Logging requests on service management systemAllocating calls to engineersGeneral Service administrationWe would require the CVs that can demonstrate previous Telephony/Administration experience & has a great telephone manner, excellent organisational and communication skills, both written and verbally.
