Job Description

Do you have a passion for driving the growth of household name brands with experience in FMCGIf so this is an exciting opportunity to join a growing business who works with brands such as Nandos, Costa and Tilda rice to support their growth in the UK & ROI. You will be working in a team of 3 along side the Marketing Director and Marketing Managerso it is a great opportunity to work closely with experienced colleagues.About the role

  • Assist with the preparation of the annual brand plans in cooperation with Brand Manager.
  • Ensure brands are consistently presented in-line with their strategy through Trade & Consumer activations.
  • Assist in the execution of engaging consumer marketing campaigns to create a lasting consumer engagement.
  • Design and execute social media and digital activities, including content calendars and email campaigns.
  • Assist in the upkeep of company and own-brand websites through regular content updates.
  • Co-ordinate the design and delivery of branded merchandise, marketing literature and POS.
  • Implement goldstandard trade marketing activity via agreed plans, and ensure all POS and campaigns aredelivered on time and to the correct spec.
  • Represent the Business and Brands at scheduled Trade Shows and events throughout the year, takingresponsibility for production and execution of events.
  • Assist with the management of all external agency partnershipsensuring execution is delivered withinbudget and on time.
  • Be the custodian of internal communication.
  • Provide support for the commercial team in servicing the UK & ROI trade (e.g. provision of product samples/ Point of Sale materials etc.).
  • Assist with the preparation of information and reporting requirements for Branded Principals.
  • Maintenance of the product specification, Brandbank & BBD matrix details, sharing details with otherstakeholders.
  • Ecommerce customer servicebecome the first point of contact for customer queries/ enquiries and followup on each of these in a timely manner.
  • Collect, evaluate & report marketing activities of own and competitors brands.
About you
  • Bachelors degree/ Post Graduate Degree
  • +1-2yrs brand experience in an FMCG environment (desirable)
  • Must be computer literate with proficient use of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet, and email.
  • A team player that is action-orientated, persistent and results driven
  • A solid planner with exceptional organisation skills
  • A confident person who is consistently reliable in delivery
