Reference: CL/SF/21-09/610/38Job Title: Area Support ManagerPay Rate: 12.50 - 13.00Working Hours: Monday,Tuesday,Wednesday,Thursday,Friday - 07:00 - 12.00 - 20 hours per week Location: LimerickWould you be interested to join a leading facilities managementcompany with a reputation for excellence Atalian Servest is currently recruiting for an Area Support Manager to join our passionate and driven team in Limerick!Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Ensure all sites within your region are staffed and covered for holidays and sickness.
  • Check that equipment is clean and in safe working order and that materials are used correctly.
  • Deliver on-the-job training as required to ensure correct methods and working practices are carried out.
  • Signing up new starters, training operatives and holding HR meetings as required.
  • Ensuring escalation is in place and that cleaners cupboards are compliant.
  • Managing stock and placing stock orders as required.
About You:
  • Able to prioritise effectively and demonstrate excellent time management skills.
  • Highly organised and detail conscious.
  • Ability to demonstrate strong personal integrity and maintain confidentiality.
  • Strong leadership style with a focus on supporting and developing employees and colleagues.
  • Taking responsibility for the area and proactive attitude to problem solve.
  • Flexibility and willingness to adapt to meet customer or business needs.
  • Ability to travel from store to store as required to meet the needs of the business.
  • Cleaning experience required.
