Graduate Operations AssistantYou will be supporting the Amazon team in their mission to grow Pricechecks Amazon sales!Location:Sheffield, South YorkshireType:Full timeOverviewThis is a fantastic opportunity to be a part of the team developing and driving Pricechecks online offering. As part of a small but fast-growing team, the role as it stands today will look very different in another 6-12 months time so were looking forsomeone who can hit the ground running and make the role their own.The development opportunities are huge for those who show potential, ambition and are passionate about using their skills to drive operational improvements!Business function: TradingDepartment: SalesReports to: eCommerce ManagerJob type: Full time, permanentLocation: Office based - S20, SheffieldWhat youll be doingIn this role, you will be supporting the Amazon team in their mission to grow Pricechecks Amazon sales! So, what exactly will you be doing You will ensure all operational processes are maintained, as well as having a wide range of scope to deliver continuousimprovement and process change.How youll do it

  • Raising, processing and confirming Amazon purchase orders
  • Managing the Amazon catalogue, including but not limited to updating vendor SKUs, product images and RSPs
  • Listing relevant products
  • Managing and disputing Amazon chargebacks
  • Organising and collating fulfilment data
  • Using Amazon specific software and Excel for product data management
  • Ensuring internal systems are kept up to date
  • Responding to any cases regarding stock issues and ensuring the issue is resolved
  • Generating and utilising internal data to understand performance and growth impediments
  • Continuous improvement of operational processes
  • Other adhoc tasks as and when needed to support the eCommerce Manager
What were looking forEssential requirements
  • Proficient in Excel and managing large datasets
  • High level of attention to detail
  • An analytical yet commercial approach
  • Strong numerical ability
  • A confident communicator
  • Technically minded and a problem solver, adept at running and reading reports to put actions into place
  • Ability to follow instruction and work well as part of a team, but also use your initiative to question and seek out better ways of doing things
  • Organised, thorough and conscientious approach with the ability to multitask and prioritise
  • Working autonomously, with the ability to cope with ambiguity and problem solve with calm efficiency
  • You will be joining a newly formed team so a willingness to get stuck in is required!
Desirable requirements
  • Experience with Amazon marketplace management
  • The role may require occasional travel so a driving license would be advantageous
