Job Description

OverviewWe are looking for an experienced Brand Manager who will lead all marketing initiatives on Amazon by developing and implementing key strategies for growth. You will work directly with our brand partners, managing key client relationships whilst leading andoverseeing a small digital content team. Acting as an extension of the brands marketing team offering creative direction, you will be defining and implementing tailor-made action plans to boost brands performance, monitor success metrics daily, and ensureour brand partners presence is maximised to the highest level on Amazon.What youll be doing

  • Formulate high level strategies, working closely with our brands and internal team to ensure the most effective and successful deployment of our marketing and brand services
  • Directly manage a small team including a Content Assistant, SEO Specialists and a Graphic Designer providing direction and training
  • Act as our leading client manager for our brands under the Amazon brand registry program, managing the relationships from onboarding through to execution and beyond
  • Identifying new business opportunities and take the lead in pitching for new business
  • Generate detailed project planning documentation including roadmaps to delivery, resource planning and risk management plans
  • Manage, plan, execute and optimise Amazon marketing campaigns to drive sales, increase brand awareness, drive consumer engagement and sales including managing the brands advertising budget
What were looking forEssential requirements
  • Client/supplier relationship experience
  • Brand Management experience
  • Experience of working with Amazon, in particular the merchandising model and Amazon advertising platforms
  • Self-starter with professional, results driven attitude and strong work ethic
  • Able to demonstrate sophisticated communication, influencing, presenting and negotiating skills
  • Ability to structure coherent and well thought out proposals - both verbally and in writing, influence, challenge and gain clear commitment from suppliers
  • Ability to think critically and creatively with an eye for digital merchandising
  • Organised with strong project management skills
Desirable requirements
  • Experience in managing a marketing/ digital team
  • Experience working within the FMCG market
