Service Charge AssistantFixed Term - 6 months£23,805NottinghamThis roleWe are looking for a Service Charge Assistant.Reporting to the Home Ownership Manager you will be responsible for a team preparing and managing charges across tenures.At MTVH we make customers our number one priority. For this role we are seeking an ambitious individualwho will join us on this path and bring positive impact to the way we support and provide service to our customers.This is an exciting role that will develop with our new structure. The Service Charge Assistant provides an efficient and effective service to customers and colleagues, by assisting in the calculation of service charges, management fees, ground rents andother charges to tenants, leaseholders, property owners and other agencies.You will support the Service Charge Team to deliver its operational targets, with a particular focus on accurate production of service charge information for customers as well as assisting with third party service charges. You will be processing high volumeof managing agent invoices, ensuring all supplier accounts are up to date and dealing with internal and external enquiries around payment.
