We are currently recruiting for on behalf of a well-established Social Housing Provider in Nottingham for a skilled roofer on permanent or if preferred contracting basis.You will be required to carry out a variety of tasks including the following:- Pitched and flat roof replacements- Tile Replacements- Fascias- Soffit and Gutter replacements and repairs- Basic Leadwork- Gutter cleaning and repairsCandidates will ideally be a qualified roofer or have substantial experience in the trade, have a full UK licence and complete an online asbestos awareness course unless they already it.- Company van would be provided- Hourly rate - Negotiable- 40 hours per week, Mon - Fri- Previous experience of working in a social housing environment is preferred but not essentialIf interested and suitable, please click apply or send your updated CV to BenefitsAnnual salary £27,100k plus benefits including overtime on weekends, van, tools, private medical care, 28 days leave plus bank holiday and generous pension package.
