Job Description

Are you looking for a challenge then look no furtherInspirive Healthcare is looking for a driven individual to start a Domicillary care service.Job type : Full timeSalary : £32000-34000 OTELocation:Nottingham

  • The successful individual must have previous experience of running a CQC registered Domicillary Business, a minimum of 4 years .
  • Possess proven track record of business success.
  • Have demonstratable administrative skills.
  • Possess strong work ethic and the ability to develop this within the care team.
  • Have good communication skills with proven track record of relationships established with various CCGs and Councils.
  • Proven Ability to build and lead successful Care teams.
  • Posses level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management
  • Passionate about excellence in care.
  • Ability to embrace a customer service vision and create awareness within the care team.
