Interior Designer

This role would suit a creative qualified and experienced Interior Designer with a background in Commercial Interior Design.OVERVIEW OF THE ROLE

Predominantly expected to use your own initiative as an individual with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deliver work for deadlines.
You will mostly be working on your own projects and will be responsible for creating:
Conceptual design
Space planning
Concept Visuals and Presentations
Interior details
FF&E Schedules.
As Built / Record Drawings

Occasionally you will be required to work as a team ran by the senior interior designer in order to work to tight deadlines and complete larger projects.
Liaising with clients directly, from initial enquiry - putting together concept designs and follow it through from the start of the project to the end, including on to site when in construction.
Liaising with all members of the design team to achieve a successful project handover
Occasionally, as part of the role, some crossover with marketing can be expected
Handover Photography, accompanying the photographer for key shots / styling the space
Case Study designs
Website Development / Updates
Social Media Content
Client feedback
Company exposure in local business marketing

ABOUT YOU

You will have an Interior Design or Interior Architecture, BA (Hons) qualification and will need to have had a minimum of five years post qualification industry experience.
Happy to help develop team members skills
