Our people care, dare and collaborate to ensure we achieve this People Powered Living.This role is internally known as a People Implementation Manager.This is a full-time permanent role, with hybrid working (2 days at home and 3 days in the office) You will be based at our office in Beeston, Nottingham with regular travel to our London office in Farringdon.This role:We have an exciting opportunity to join our People Team. In this role you will have the opportunity to manage all aspects of TUPE administration during transitions and acquisitions, ensuring legal compliance and a seamless employee experience.You will work alongside Directors, Heads of Service and Managers to provide tactical and operational HR input on a range of employment and workforce issues affecting the businessDelivering and implementing full HR activity relating to TUPE transfers e.g. identifying risks at all stages from bid to delivery and delivering the full HR service in partnership with the Senior HR Managers and their teamsSupporting the delivery of HR business change programmes and strategic initiatives will give you the opportunity to assist in strengthening the MTVH cultureProviding peer support to HR colleagues and will be responsible for the line management of the customer service people assistants ensuring an effective, easy and seamless delivery of serviceWhat youll need to succeed:

  • Educated to degree level or equivalent professional experience/qualification (i.e.,CIPD Level 5.)
  • Minimum of 5 years of project management experience and TUPE implications/legislation
  • 3 years or more of recent line management skills
  • Experience of working effectively as a credible Business Partner at both a strategic and operational level in a relevant role where safeguarding is a high priority
  • Track record of using HR systems and data to inform strategic decision making and implementing policies and processes across a diverse workforce
  • Strong project management skills and understanding of employment law
  • A growth mindset that sees challenges as opportunities, and a passion to find a resolution through partnership and influence
  • An enthusiastic individual with a proven ability to deliver
  • Enthusiastic, creative, problem-solver, empathetic and strong attention to detail.
