In this role you will have the opportunity to manage all aspects of TUPE administration during transitions and acquisitions, ensuring legal compliance and a seamless employee experience.You will work alongside Directors, Heads of Service and Managers to provide tactical and operational HR input on a range of employment and workforce issues affecting the businessDelivering and implementing full HR activity relating to TUPE transfers e.g. identifying risks at all stages from bid to delivery and delivering the full HR service in partnership with the Senior HR Managers and their teamsSupporting the delivery of HR business change programmes and strategic initiatives will give you the opportunity to assist in strengthening the MTVH cultureProviding peer support to HR colleagues and will be responsible for the line management of the customer service people assistants ensuring an effective, easy and seamless delivery of serviceWhat youll need to succeed:
