Customer Service Advisor (Accounts, The Hub)We’re looking for the next great addition to our Customer Accounts Hub Team!Each day our dedicated Customer Accounts Advisors provide support and first point of contact resolutions to rent and income-based queries from our customers. This is a rewarding and challenging phone-based role, where excellent communication skills are requiredin combination with empathy and judgement to find the best outcome for each resident that gets in touch.Whilst you don’t need to have a background in social housing, rent queries, or welfare benefits, we would like you to have a general understanding of this.We’ll also be providing full training delivered at our Waterfront House offices when you join us.
