This role will be focused on supporting delivery of projects across the corporate plan. It will workwith a wide range of stakeholders from front line colleagues in our Property services and Customer Services teams to senior leaders.The business analyst role is pivotal in capturing requirements, business processes, data flows and understanding current ways of working.You will need to ensure change management is appropriate for how people work while applying challenge and identifyingbusiness improvements. You will also contribute to a broader community of Business Analysts to promote best practices across MTVH.This role will act as a lead for smaller changes, understanding requirements, identifying solutions and leading the implementation of new ways of working.This is an exciting time to be joining the Strategy, Projects and Performance team as we move into the second year of our corporate plan. Our focus is on getting our customer experience right and supporting front line colleagues to do this.What youll need to succeedExpert knowledge and understanding of business analysis tools and techniques and an ability to clearly document business requirements and processes. You will need to be able to analyse data and requirements to provide insight and recommendations to feedinto change projects. You will need to have excellent communication skills and the ability to foster good working relationships.
