** Newly created role ** Reporting directly to the CFO ** Practice candidates seeking a role in Industry considered ** Genuinely rare and unique - this role is different **My client is a highly successful multinational corporation that has consistently demonstrated year-on-year growth. Much of this growth is by acquisition and as such they have created a new role entitled Acquisitions & Project Controller.You will be supporting the CFO in driving financial projects such as M&A activities from evaluation to post-acquisition integration. Acquisition targets are typically UK based SME sized businesses. A focus will be driving the digitalisation and optimizationof processes and systems and reviewing areas such as internal controls & segregation of duties.Id like to hear from commercially aware accounting professionals - either from within Industry or Practice, perhaps in internal audit and risk - with a solid understanding of Finance, processes, controls and systems.What you will be doing:
