- Job Title: Maintenance Engineer, Shift Engineer Electrically Biased - Shifts: Must be flexible to work a 3 Shifts (Rotating) - 1) 0600-1400, 2) 1400-2200, 3) 2200-0600- Tenure: Temporary ongoing assignment - Location: Caerphilly - Salary: £ Negotiable based on experience + shift allowance + overtime Nicholas Associates Group (Engineering & Technical Division) is recruiting on behalf of a long standing national client for a Maintenance Engineer to join a world-leading manufacturing organisation based in one of their factories in Caerphilly .KEY DUTIES:- Conduct planned preventative maintenance- Provide mechanical and electrical breakdown for all activities carried out on the site- To carry out building and site maintenance for the site- Install of production equipment including electrical and pneumatic services as required.- Support continuous improvement activitiesSKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:- Ideally you will be a time-served Engineer, holding formal qualifications (City & Guilds, ONC, HNC and HND level) in Electrical Engineering.- Must be able to fault-find on PLCs.- Have a strong knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical, Hydraulic/Pneumatic and Automation systems.If you are interested in the Maintenance role, please apply as soon as possible as interviews are due to take place within the coming weeks.
