This is a real chance to build a career with a highly reputableemployer!COMPANYThe UK arm of the business has enjoyed a period of sustained growth and investment.A wealth of global resource in terms of training and development through both internal and external training schemes.KEY DUTIESResponsible on selected accounts.Communicate with internal teams, such as Sales AdministratorEstablishing a relationship with customer and order entry.Supplying order progress information to the customer.Chasing internal production teams in regards to open orders to ensure they are on time .Liaison with all customers, and internal departments.Entering orders on MRP system.Setting Up BOMS.Entering Sales prices on BOMS.Supporting the annual stock takesAdhere to all the PPE, H&S proceduresReport any and all H&S issues directly to the line managerInvolvement in continuous improvement activities, reporting cost saving opportunities directly to the Shift ManagerInduction programmes for new startersSKILLS & EXPIRENCEA background in Production Administration, Customer Service or related role within a manufacturing environment is essential.Experience with spreadsheets/excel and or working with ERP systems (moves, SAP) would be an advantage but not essential.Confident interfacing with customers and internal departments.Flexible and willing to work "ad-hoc" outside of normal office hoursSALARY & BENEFITSSalary of £22,000 rising to £25,000 within 12 monthsIndustry leading benefits and rewards package.An exciting position in an interesting innovative area with a growing, international company.The opportunity to gain work experience in different cultures.If you are interested in this role, please apply below or contact Alicia on or at
