Job Description

DAS UK Group are looking for a Business Support Administrator to join the team in our Bedwas office. Our claims department is at the heart of our market-leading legal expenses insurance provision, and we are looking for individuals who have a passion forproviding an excellent service to our customers and business partners. We offer the opportunity of flexible working, with most of our colleagues working from home at least part of the week, and enjoy the comprehensive benefits package we have to offer. Ourhours are 9-5 Monday to Friday, with no evenings or weekends. We are also open to considering compressed working hours, so please do apply if this would suit you.Youll use your excellent customer service and administration skills to take incoming telephone calls and direct these to appropriate person within the business, whilst also providing ongoing, administrative support to our claims departments to assist indelivering a high stand of service to our customers. The team culture is supportive, and focussed on developing one another.As a Business Support Administrator you can expect to:

  • Liaise with colleagues and key stakeholders to investigate new ideas and initiatives to improve working practices and procedures.
  • Provide assistance to the rest of the department to ensure work is processed to the appropriate quality standard in a timely manner as and when required.
  • Ensure that any communication to our customers, colleagues, suppliers or regulatory stakeholders is dealt with in a clear, concise and honest manner whilst ensuring that it remain sensitive and empathic to the customers, suppliers and businesses partnersneeds.
  • Identify complex cases which require detailed attention, exceptions to the standard claims procedure i.e. employee claims.
About YouWe are looking for candidates that can demonstrate:
  • Experience of working within an office environment
  • Excellent ability to communicate at all levels to build relationships with customers, business partners and colleagues
  • Ability to adapt to change, and work well under pressure
  • Data entry experience, with good knowledge of Microsoft Office
