Job Description

Our Client is a national service provider, who has been the market leader in their field for over 20 years. They are now looking to recruit someone to manage a small admin team to support the rest of the business and timely delivery of service to its customers.Duties of the Role

  • Manage and mentoring a small team.
  • Overseeing the setting up of new customer contracts within the system and maintaining existing contracts schedules.
  • Overseeing engineering teams have administrative support i.e. are booked into site, have correct documentation or authorisation to attend sites.
  • Reporting and managing stock levels for multi locations.
  • Overseeing and reporting on New Installations, and ensuring all information is required is obtained and stock is ordered.
  • Overseeing email traffic to ensure inbox is managed efficiently
  • Managing customer issues and understanding customers requirements.
  • Overseeing customer portals are updated and correct and procedures are followed.
Reporting
  • Analysing and updating Excel spreadsheets on a weekly basis
Systems
  • Communicating with IT companies to ensure licenses for mobile engineers and back-office systems are current, monitoring these costs.
  • Setting up new employees on computer systems (including remote) and arranging training on systems.
  • Occasional Out of Hours on Call
Skills
  • Strong people management and communication skills
  • Excellent working knowledge of Excel spreadsheets and email systems
  • Previous experience in using a Service Portal would be beneficial
