We are recruiting for a dynamic, organised and conscientious person to join us at an exciting time as we grow Nursery Village, adding our next two Childrens Nurseries next year.Initially based at our North Street Nursery in Bristol, this role will grow to become part of our planned Head Office Support Team. Your role as Nursery Office Administrator will be crucial to the smooth running of each nursery alongside the Nursery Manager, the leadership team and of course as the first point of contact for parents.You will need excellent verbal and written communication skills and be calm, organised and able to prioritise and complete tasks efficiently within time frames, have a good understanding of the childcare environment, whilst also demonstrating experience in detailed office functions like reporting, payroll and financial budgets.The position is initially Part Time (30 Hours), Monday to Friday, though the successful applicant must be able to accept Full Time hours as the role develops.
