We operate throughout the world with a culture shaped by innovation and international flair.Key Responsibilities and DutiesThe key aim of this role is Account Management of a defined list of dedicated customers. You will be supporting that customer to make the best informed decision they can on which product and service will offer them the best solution. this includes the proactivesales of products, consumables, accessories and/or service contracts via phone and electronic media (e-mails, chat, and webinar).Some of our customers love to talk through things with us over the phone, others much prefer to communicate with us solely on email. Naturally we prefer the former as it much easier to build relationships this way but we will always strive to meet our customersrequirements. Our targets here are related to revenue and as such all of our Internal Account Managers have the autonomy to communicate with our customers how they see fit. We do love to see them on the phone though.This role has a lot of autonomy as you will be responsible for managing your own sales pipeline and will work closely with the Sales Managers for your product line to understand the changing priorities this brings. You will ensure you fully understand yourcustomers specific needs, as all will be different, build quotations for them, and manage their ongoing order requirements.What You Need to Succeed
