Pertemps are supporting a large award winning, market leading business with a permanent HR Advisor role.This is a very employee relations driven role where you will handle a high volume of cases supporting various sites across Scotland. You will deal with discipline and grievance issues, long term and short term absence, redundancy/redeployment, capability and welfare. You will provide expert employment law advice to managers and will train and coach managers on HR policy and procedure. You will support the wider people team with ongoing HR project work.You will have previous experience dealing with employee relations case work and will have excellent employment law knowledge ideally with CIPD qualification or working towards this. You will have very good influencing and communication skills. The role required flexibility to travel (complany car provided) and candidates must have a full drivers licence.
