Job Description

Job Title: Music TeacherType: Full-TimeLocation: Kirklees based Secondary SchoolSalary: £140 - £210 per dayAre you a passionate and dedicated Music Teacher with a flair for inspiring students A reputable secondary school in Kirklees is seeking a talented individual to join their dynamic team as a full-time Music Teacher.Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver engaging music lessons to students at various levels.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages creativity and musical exploration.
  • Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback to support their development.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to contribute to the schools overall music curriculum.
  • Organise and participate in extracurricular musical activities, such as school concerts and events.
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Specialisation in Music Education or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of the national curriculum for music.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to inspire and motivate students.
Salary and Benefits:
  • Competitive daily rate: £140 - £210, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
