Job Description

A salary of £33,000-£36,000 depending on experienceWorking a Panama shift, rotating between days and nights (every other weekend off)An excellent benefits package including bonuses, pension contributions of 5%, 4x life assurance cover, 25 days holiday (rising to 30 days with length of service), annual social events and rewards / giftsA global leader in the manufacture of dispensing solutions is currently seeking an Injection Moulding Setter to join their processing team. The main purpose of the role will be to support the Team Leader and Production team in ensuring that production targetsare met, and quality and safety standards are adhered to.As Injection Moulding Setter, your duties will include -

  • Performing tool changes/setting and the application of ancillaries in line with production requirements.
  • Assisting the shift with operating the injection moulding machines, ancillaries and automated assembly machines.
  • Referring to standards setting and modify processes, where necessary, in order to achieve maximum production rates and quality standards. Record all changes made to proceed
  • Performing safe interim repairs in the absence of Maintenance and the Toolroom.
Based on the outskirts of Leeds, this role is commutable from Barnsley, Sheffield, York, Bradford and Doncaster.To be successful in the role of Injection Moulding Setter the ideal candidate will have -
  • Experience of working as a plastic injection moulding Setter or Technician
  • Processed a variety of materials
  • Experience of condition setting and troubleshooting
