Job Description

Elevation HR are exciting to be partnered with a leading supplier who are looking to appoint a HR Officer Manager in Batley on a 30 hour, part time, permanent basis.The company is dedicated to delivering high-quality products while fostering a collaborative and friendly work environment. This standalone, fully generalist role will be reporting directly into the Chief Executive Officer. The ideal candidate will be onsite4 / 5 days per week on a part time basis and be responsible for:

  • Dealing with Employee Relation cases such as absence management, long term sickness, flexible working requests and performance management
  • Managing the full employee lifecycle from starters and leavers
  • Producing HR Communications such as investigation and disciplinary letters, references and contract updates
  • Recruitment involving job boards, CV sifting and interviewing
  • Advising and coaching managers on employment law
  • Maintaining personnel files
  • Day to Day Admin Tasks
  • Duties for the board and CEO such as arranging car hire, booking hotels, airport transfers and UK trips
  • Managing 3 members of office staff
