You will be given support, training and realistic goals to help ensure you achieve job satisfaction.This Company offer various services such as CCTV, Access Control and Intruder Alarms. Any knowledge of fire alarm systems would be an advantage.Business Development Manager Role and Responsibilities:
  • Deliver excellent customer service
  • Cold and warm lead generation
  • Meet KPIs and targets
  • Keep your product knowledge up to date to enable you to maximise sales
  • Take responsibility for the overall quality of the work delivered
  • Carry out effective communications
  • Ensure tasks are completed efficiently
  • Carry out site surveys
  • Upsell to existing clients
  • Convert leads in to sales
  • Keep the CRM up to date
Business Development ManagerSkills and Experience:
  • A Full UK driving licence or equivalent (Essential)
  • A drive and enthusiasm to grab hold of opportunities
  • A positive attitude and the ability to self-motivate is a must
  • Proven track record selling within the security industry or similar service led industry
  • Experience with tender submissions
  • Proven track record of winning maintenance contracts from large or multi-site end users
  • Excellent negotiating skills
  • Proven experience with large end users includes electrical contractors and the government
  • Some technical knowledge of the electronic security industry or fire is preferable
