Livewell OfficerSalary: £20,952 per annum, pro rataEssential Car User Allowance - Upto £900 (pro rata)Part-Time: 15 hours per weekPermanentLocation: Bathampton, BathWhat youll be doing

If your answer to these questions is yes, we have an exciting and rewarding job opportunity in our clients Livewell Service that could be for you.Youll be working in the local community supporting older people from different backgrounds by delivering customer focused support, enabling their customers to live independently. The role will involve assisting customers to sustain their tenancy, maximizetheir income, reduce debt, increase wellbeing and live connected and safe lives as part of a community.Youll also organise and facilitate the provision of high-quality information, activities and events for customers to improve their health and well-being from one of their 12 community hubs. This is an opportunity to work with local community groups to helppeople re-connect with where they live and to positively impact on health loneliness and isolation.More about you Youll have a passion for working with older people and possess great people skills and enjoy helping to set up groups as well as working on a one to one basis.To be successful in this role, youll need to be flexible and able to switch between 1-1 work and group events, as well as willing to work in different locations in and around BANES and whilst you are out and about, youll be able to use the Chromebook providedto record relevant information.A full driving license and the ability to travel around the BANES area is essential.At the same time, you will demonstrate resilience and the desire to work in a unique environment where no day is ever the same!An enhanced Disclosure and Barring Check is required for this role and we will help you to apply for this when you start.When and where youll be doing it You will be able to work flexibly, 15 hours a week on Wednesday and Thursday, based on customers needs. You will be responsible for organizing your own workload and setting your diary appointments.You will be primarily based at St Nicholas Court Livewell Hub - Bathampton, Bath.We think youll have a job that makes you feel good about what youre doing - you will make a difference to customers lives every day.Youll get:
