Due to continued success and demand for their technologies not only in the uk but in the Americas & Australia, theyre looking to hire another UX designer for theirteam!About You - UX Designer - Mid LevelAs a UX designer, youll be joining a friendly company of around 100 developers, product managers, testers, designers, account managers and much more. In your immediate agile tech team theres ~30, with 2 experienced UI UX designers (soon to be 3), an internand a placement designer, and youll work closely with 6 product owners.Their main platform is at a relatively strong level of maturity in terms of its capabilities as well as design practices and processes, so you can be confident youll be joining them with a solid foundation, but with plenty to build on. Youll be part ofa flat structured team that embraces idea sharing, autonomy, but also collaboration - youll be able to share your ideas and make an impact from day one.With their continued success and demand, there will be plenty for you to work on, but what they have in mind initially is for you to work on the improvement and creation of new functionality for their main platform end to end from UX research right throughto production. Youll be conducting research and leading user feedback sessions as part of your work, keeping accessibility at the heart of what you do.Key Requirements
