Structural Engineer - Bath | £30,000 - £40,000Interested in working with an up-and-coming engineering consultancy in Bath Looking for a role with a smaller business where your voice is heardWe are on the lookout for a Structural Engineer who wants to work as part of a small collaborative team on high-profile and prestigious projects across the UK. Youll join a multi-disciplinary consultancy offering engineering services to blue-chip internationalclients and work on large-scale strategic projects for some of the most recognised names in the commercial sector. The successful Structural Engineer can expect to learn from exceptionally talented Engineers who are experts in their industry. If you are working towards Chartered Engineer status, you can expect to receive the support and guidance needed to achieve this. As the Structural Engineer, you will be responsible for;* Developing detailed designs and preparing structural calculations with major materials* Analysing structural components* Liaising with other professionals to develop design through scheme stages through to construction* Supporting other members of staff such as technicians & graduates to assist with their development* Contribute to the independent technical review of analyses prepared by others* Working with autonomy to complete assigned project work* Undertake structural design of structures using current British Standards and EurocodesIdeally, your skillset will include; * BEng/MEng in Construction/Civil Engineering* Ideally, working toward chartered status with corporate membership of ICE and/or IStructE.* FEM analysis & analysis modelling* Strong technical knowledge* Sound understanding of Analytical/Design and CAD software* Experience working to Eurocodes and British Standards* Revit experience would be preferableIf you would like further information on this Structural Engineering role and want to discuss the position in more detail, get in touch on .
