Job Description

Senior Network EngineerI am looking for experienced Senior Network Engineers to manage my clients network infrastructure. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and administering the networks that keep their operations running smoothly.Your responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimise their networks utilising FortiGate, Cisco, Juniper, Palo Alto and other technologies
  • Troubleshoot network performance issues and outages
  • Ensure network security through firewalls, VPNs, ACLs and intrusion detection
  • Evaluate emerging network technologies and make recommendations
  • Document network architecture, policies, and procedures
Requirements:
  • Experience as a network engineer
  • Expert-level knowledge of LAN/WAN design and configuration
  • Hands-on experience with FortiGate, Cisco, Juniper and Palo Alto
  • Understanding of protocols like OSPF, BGP, MPLS, VPN, VLANs
  • CCNP or equivalent certification
  • Scripting skills (Python, Bash, etc.) are a plus
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
