Job Description

Senior HR Operation OfficerKeynsham£14 per hourFull Time ContractNovax Recruitment is actively seeking a Senior HR Operation Officer based in Keynsham. This is a temporary contract for 12 months working full time hours.Responsibilities include:

  • To provide an efficient and responsive HR Operations service, providing advice and guidance to managers and staff across the client
  • To assist the HR Operations specialist in directing the work of the assigned workstream including being initial contact for all queries from HR Operations Officers.
  • Working as part of the HR Operations team and HR & OD service ensuring that an effective, timely and joined up customer service is provided to managers, employees and members across the client
  • Participate in the development and delivery of training to our customers on all HR Operations systems and procedures, including coaching Managers and employees through the advice and
  • Provide support to HR Operations Lead Officer in the design and delivery of training on HR Operations processes and systems including the creation of accompanying guidance manuals.
  • Support and coach managers in initial stages of HR Policy and Procedures following clear coaching and guidance from HR consultants.
  • Participate in manager/employee drop-in sessions on all HR Operations workstream activities
Experience and skills required:
  • CIPD Level 3 or above
  • Previous experience working in HR operations or similar
  • Experience of providing administrative and technical support for a range of HR Operations functions including employee life cycle, recruitment, HR system maintenance and development, financial controls.
  • Experience of advising and providing first resolution of queries on conditions of service, employee lifecycle matters, recruitment and general employment enquiries
