Job Description

Interim HR Recruitment SolutionsInterim Senior HR Advisor Immediately RequiredOur client, a well-respected NHS organisation in Bath, is looking for a HR Advisor to come on board on a temporary basis for an initial 3-month contract with the potential to be extended.Location: Bath (Hybrid Remote)Hours: 37.5 hours per week (Monday-Friday)Length of Contract: 3 Months +Hourly Rate: £20.46 - £22.70 via Umbrella (DOE)Vacancy: 81089Day to Day Duties:

  • Supporting delivery of an HR operational workload across a Division / Department(s), which will include employee relations case work, as supervised by the HRBP.
  • Supporting the HRBP in work to bring about sustainable improved results / trends against workforce key performance indicators (KPIs), including vacancy rates, sickness absence, staff survey results, turnover, exit feedback etc.
  • Working closely with all members of the HR Directorate to develop and implement effective and appropriate solutions for transactional issues within Divisions / Directorates.
  • Supporting the HRBP in developing the people management capabilities of managers, equipping them with the knowledge and skills to handle staff management responsibilities effectively and in line with Trust strategy and policies.
  • Supporting projects areas as directed by the HRBP, developing project plans and delivering actions as agreed.
  • Undertaking HR investigation as required
Essential Skills:
  • CIPD 5 Qualified (CIPD 7 Desirable)
  • Significant experience of managing a caseload of HR cases in relation to disciplinary, grievances, sickness, organisational change, etc.
