My client, a software house based in Bath are looking to take on aScrum Masterto join their team on a permanent basis.This is a hybrid opportunity with 3 days a week onsite in Bath.They have a unique, non-hierarchical / flat structure which makes for great collaboration and is absolutely key to the success of the business to date, but as such they have struggled to find someone who is the right cultural fit, who can take on more of afacilitation / servant-leader approach that theyre looking for as opposed to a Project Manager / Lead approach.What youll get:-£45,000 - £60,000pa DOE- Hybrid working: 3 days per week onsite in Bath, a short walk from the train station- Private health insurance- Onsite gym- Onsite parking- Enhanced pension: 10% total- Significant investment in training / personal improvement / attending conferences and eventsEssential Skillset / Experience:- Solid commercial experience working as a dedicated Scrum Master- Excellent communication- Taking a "Facilitation" approach to Scrum Mastery as opposed to a Project Management / Leadership approach- Working within multi-disciplinary software teams (Developers, Testers, Product Owners etc)Desirable Skillset / Experience- Agile / Scrum certifications- Experience of coaching agile / scrum best practiceIf you meet the above requirements and would like to find out more about this exciting opportunity please apply with an updated CV as soon as possible as they are looking to move very quickly with this.
