We’re recruiting Safety Consultants (Defence Industry) for a leading multi-disciplinary engineering, science & technology consultancy based in Bath. Our client is recruiting Safety Consultants with varying levels of experience to support MoD Projects. They will be utilising your knowledge and experience of Safety & Risk Management techniques, processes and concepts to allow you to support clients understand and comply with UK Safety Legislation and all aspects of safety, particularly UK MoD Safety Policy.As a Safety Consultant you will be passionate about safety and providing independent and assured safety advice. You will support the delivery of safety projects to schedule, quality and budget, whilst also meeting client and corporate expectations. These roles will have a contracted location in one of our clients offices in Bath, Fareham, Plymouth, or Weymouth and you will be required to work on client sites, as necessary.We are looking for enthusiastic and dynamic team members, ideally with a UK Defence background in Engineering or System Safety; alternatively, experience of professional Systems Safety or Risk Management gained within the Infrastructure or Energy sectors.Ideally we’re seeking experienced Safety Practitioners, who is familiar with the application of UK MoD safety regulation, policy and standards such as:
