  2. how cells establish and maintain their identity under various epigenetic reprogramming scenarios.
Their research uses CRISPR-mediated genome editing approaches, coupled with next generation sequencing and bioinformatic analysis of DNA methylation profiles, fluorescent in situ hybridisation imaging, transcriptional bursting parameters, chromatin conformationanalysis, primary tissue and cell culture, as well as standard quantitative PCR, and recombinant cloning techniques. This position is offered on a full time (36.5 hours per week) fixed term basis with an expected start date of 01/11/2022 and end date of 31/07/2023.
