The successful candidate will be looking after projects to rebrand stores from old formats into new. The successful candidatewill organise POS, shelving, stock and window displays to increase sales, get buyers attention and to provide an excellent in-store experience for their customers.Responsibilities* Create appealing and eye-catching visual displays that lead the customer through the entire store * Produce window displays, signs, interior displays, floor plans and special promotions displays * Project co-ordinate store rebrandings* Identify key messages and set a clear image of the end result * Act in alignment to brand culture, image with a strong understanding of the target market * Visiting stores regularly to merchandise products, ensuring a high standard is maintained * Oversee the production and brief staff on arranging displays * Change displays to promote new product launches and reflect festive or seasonal themes * Liaise with suppliers and source elements * Research lifestyle, demographics, design and trendsIf you have a passion for visual merchandising, stock control and being part of an exciting time in this food retailers history then please apply.BBBH22645
