Do you like working in a fast-paced environment where no one day is the sameJuice is pleased to be supporting a successful entrepreneur in the running of a growing property portfolio in their search for a new key team member.This role may suit someone who has gained exposure within the property industry or someone who has good admin skills and is keen to develop their skillset in a dynamic and friendly environment.Day-to-day duties would include - Visiting potential sites/ properties, meeting agents and representatives Managing the administration processes around the purchasing and renting of the property Drafting and sending emails with all purchase information and land plans Liaising with local authorities re change of use/schemes and sites Arranging facilities and maintenance for rental properties, liaising with an established network of contractors Working with architects, estate agents, and letting agents to ensure properties are rented once completed Additionally supporting with basic facilities co-ordination of a small boutique hotel arranging work Basic banking, using MS Excel, recording yields/profitsThis is a brand new role that will see you shadowing initially whilst you are learning the role.
