Personal Assistant to Directors of the West of England AHSN – Band 4 ABOUT THE TEAMA fantastic opportunity has arisen for a talented Personal Assistant to join the West of England Academic Health Science Network (AHSN) based in Bristol. The West of England AHSN is part of a vibrant network which strives to put innovation at the heart of healthcare, to benefit patients, save the NHS time and money, and help to grow the local health economy.You will be part of a diverse and friendly team, helping to deliver exciting leading edge projects and improvements with our NHS partners across Bristol, Bath, North Somerset, Wiltshire and Gloucestershire.WHAT YOU’LL DOBased in South Plaza, Marlborough Street, Bristol, the West of England Academic Health Science Network is looking to appoint a Personal Assistant to support Directors and to work as part of a PA team.WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FORWe’re seeking someone with solid experience of administration work, with an excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office package. You’ll be able have the ability to manage your time effectively and excellent communication skills. You’ll be organised and practical and will enjoy working in a team environment. If you’ve been a PA before that would be helpful, but transferable skills and experience will be considered as full training will be given.
