Job descriptionCompany descriptionA holiday rentals company specialising in luxury self catering properties in Bath.Job descriptionProperty Manager required for a Luxury Holiday Letting Company in Bath.This is an excellent opportunity for an outgoing, organised and articulate individual, who is looking to join an established Luxury Holiday Lettings business.Duties will include:

  1. Handling day to day guest and owner relations
  2. Coordinating maintenance of properties
  3. Preparing properties for guests arrival
  4. Coordinating guest arrivals and departures
  5. Dealing with booking enquiries
  6. Receipting in new bookings
The Skills youll need:A team player who thrives under pressure and has excellent communication skills - both written and over the phone. You will have a strong work ethic and passion for success. We require a candidate with great administrative and organisation skills and arelooking for someone who has great attention to detail, is time efficient and has a professional manner. Experience in Microsoft, Word and Excel plus the ability to learn holiday letting software packages.This is a physically demanding role so fitness is a necessity.You must have a full UK driving licence.Experience in Lettings/Property Management is preferable but not essential.Due to being on call proximity to Bath is essential.Working week will be either Friday, Saturday and Sunday, or Saturday, Sunday and Monday, 9am to 5:30pm. You will be required to be on call up to 2 evenings , this will include clearing down emails (approx. an hour per evening) and being on call for any problems.20 days holiday a year pro rata plus time off in lieu for Bank HolidaysSalary £16,000 per annumJob Types: Part-time, PermanentFor more information please contact Georgia on
