Element Recruitment are excited to be partnering with a unique, international business as they look to hire a newly qualified accountant to join their team as a result of an internal promotion.Working closely with and reporting into the Financial Controller, this role will be a hands on, detailed and rounded accounting role, completing the management information and accounting packs for 2 of the business main entities. You will also proactivelybusiness partner with key internal stakeholders, providing value added analysis and data to enable performance improving decision making. You will also support the wider business budget and forecast activities, analysing performance against KPIs.You will be either be recently qualified in audit (ACA) looking to transition into industry , or a newly/nearly qualified accountant (CIMA/ACCA) looking to join a business where you can make a tangible difference and progress, as the company continues togrow and develop. You will consider yourself to be a self motivated and proactive individual, who will thrive from working within a fast paced, changing environment. Strong experience with Microsoft Excel is required and experience of coaching/supervisinga team would be highly advantageous.In return, there is a salary of up to £42,000 on offer (DOE), working in a flexible environment for a business that truly cares about their employees and their wellbeing.
