Job Description Morgan McKinley is working with an award winning and rapidly expanding International business based in central Bath, to recruit a Management Accountant. The companyMy client is a growing business with an excellent reputation and a Group turnover in excess of £400mln. The culture is fun, supportive and dynamic, with a flexible, hybrid working model that will require you to be in the office 3 days a week. The roleWorking within a fast growing team which looks after all the financial reporting and compliance for the Group, you will be responsible for producing and reviewing management accounts prior to consolidation. You will be dealing withmultiple entities and currencies in a fast paced and highly collaborative finance team, and will also have responsibility for cashflow forecasts and VAT returns in this pivotal role for the business. The role also comes with leadership responsibility of ateam of 3, and you will assist with budget production and support with the reconciliation and review of the balance sheet recs. There is also a business partnering element to the role, so you will need the confidence and enthusiasm to engage effectively withvarious stakeholders across the Group, and provide value add analysis to better understand variances or trends. The candidate My client is looking to recruit a Qualified Accountant with a continuous improvement mindset and some previous line management experience. You will have previous experience of working for a large business and the confidence tochallenge processes and drive efficiencies, and experience of stock would be useful but not essential.
